Southwestern Bastion of Wolframs-Eschenbach by EuroTourData
Southwestern Bastion was built at the end of the 15th century as the rectangular void bastion located on the southwestern corner of Wolframs-Eschenbach Medieval Fortifications. The bastion is located on the outer defensive wall of zwinger, and is connected to Citizen Tower which is located on the inner defensive wall of the zwinger, behind the bastion. The bastion connected to the inner and outer walls of the zwinger, and had kill zone to the front and flanks of the front defensive wall and between the defensive walls.
